Party, Party, PARTY!!!

July 25, 2009, Saturday... we had a double celebration the WHOLE DAY! Margarette "Garrie", daughter of Jay and Che was baptized at the Immaculate Concepcion Parish Church in Bayan, Los Banos, Laguna.

Then followed by our Mom's 70th Birthday Celebration! We wanted Mommy to enjoy her day and so we came up with the idea of her latest craze... BALLROOM DANCING! She's probably the OLDEST Dancing QUEEN I ever know... here's the proof!

We all had a great time!... most specially the old ones...hehehe!

Late than Never... Happy New Year Everyone!

Hello everyone!

I am blogging in behalf of my busy Mommy... actually we were all busy during the Holidays because of lots of food and pastries orders. And because my brother Louie was home for Christmas. We were always on the go and my kids were super excited! Louie's first week was spent with his friends, they went to Zambales for a beach trip. Then the next week was spent with our family, and we headed for the beach in Laiya, Batangas. It was sooo cold, but it didn't stop the FUN. Christmas Day was a little reunion with our cousins here at home. And right after that day, we headed for Baguio. We spent 2 nights and 3 days in cold Baguio!

Louie left on New Year's Eve... it's okay because he promised to come back by summer. Luigi and Chuy are looking forward for that! Here's New Year's feast... we had fresh strawberries, grapes and a lot of fruits, ham and edam cheese and our ever favorite Tuna Pesto.

Here's a super easy dish! We call it Tuna Pesto Pasta... You will need 2 cans of Century Tuna in oil, 1 can button mushrooms, 5 pieces of grated garlic, a lot of Olive oil, a bunch of Basil leaves washed and chopped, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Its so simple to do, heat the oil and saute the grated garlic. mushrooms and tuna. Cook it well then add the chopped basil. Put salt and pepper according to your desired taste. Top it to your spaghetti noodles or pizza doug, and add cheese on top. Yum, try it!

We would like to greet Auntie Linda a belated Happy Birthday! More happy birthdays and best wishes to you...
