Happy 71st Birthday Mom!

I am blogging in-behalf of my Mom, because obviously she doesn't know how to blog and upload photos and because by this time, she's still sleeping because the dancing queen was really tired last night. Here are the main attractions of her dance party last night!

The Guests...
There was no printed invitation, everyone is invited to come! Close friends, classmates, neighbors and family came to party with us!

Dinner Time!
The menu was prepared by Mom and Jay, of course! We had our all time favorites Tuna Pesto Pasta, Chicken Cordon Blu with Mushroom and Bacon dip, Fish Fillet on Sweet and Sour Sauce, Pork Pastel with Water Chestnuts or locally called Menudong Puti, Pimento Canapes, Kani Vegetable Salad and Chicken Macaroni Salad. And I got a very nice cake for Mom, check it out! Thanks to Lei Tajao for her wonderful dancing queen inspired chocolate cake.

The Dance Floor...
Check out the newest and youngest dancing queen, following the foot steps of her Mommyla! Garrie surprised everyone with her dancing style and shy-less mood. The BIR ladies had a great time doing the boogie, bachata, swing, tango and of course the line dance.

The Candle Blowing...
We are so happy that our Mom turned 71, every year she adds is more than a year of blessing and happiness to us as her children and grandkids. As she blows her 71st candles, we wish her good health, more wealth (hehehe!), more blessings and many more dancing years to come.

Party ended up at around 1am, dancing queen was so tired! But we all had a great time celebrating with her.

Party, Party, PARTY!!!

July 25, 2009, Saturday... we had a double celebration the WHOLE DAY! Margarette "Garrie", daughter of Jay and Che was baptized at the Immaculate Concepcion Parish Church in Bayan, Los Banos, Laguna.

Then followed by our Mom's 70th Birthday Celebration! We wanted Mommy to enjoy her day and so we came up with the idea of her latest craze... BALLROOM DANCING! She's probably the OLDEST Dancing QUEEN I ever know... here's the proof!

We all had a great time!... most specially the old ones...hehehe!
